Grounds were kept immaculately clean, breakfast was savoury and nice. The room was large with a Fridge and safety measures included smoke detectors. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge upon arrival. Exceptionally pleasant staff and the location was good. Furthermore, the area was trendy. I had a very good stay.

Huge and impeccably clean room overall, with balconies with view of the port. A good choice of goodies for breakfast.

The location is perfect, a 5-minute walk from a bus station. Whatever you need is this beautifully maintained and generous-sized room with the balcony and coffee maker. Would like to go back there again, the hotel met the demands.

Everything was nice, liked our fine stay. The double room was functional with enough beds for 3 adults, a Fridge and Nespresso machine. The venue was set in the very central position next to Railway Station, Cruise ship terminal, old harbour and town center, Le Silo and 20 minutes walking to the old port. Also, such main attraction as Staines Moor Country Park was 4 km from this hotel.

It had very central location close to Eglise Saint-Lazare. The rooms were airy and huge with enough beds for 3 adults & 2 kids kept by the really friendly staff.

Thank you for a very NICE stay. This is a low budget clean hotel providing airy and cosy rooms. The location is unbeatable and amazing, relatively close to a triumphal arch. It provides nice restaurant nearby. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the welcoming and polite stuff.

The staff were easygoing and pretty friendly, a real pleasure to deal with. The room was functional, huge, fairly clean bathroom.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Executive suite was large, with kitchenette. Supermarket and shops where right next door. Truly enjoyed dining at Scents Coffee, set within 5 minutes' walk.

the nearby restaurant, le comptoir des docks, was as close as 300 metres from the hotel. excellent design.
