Hotel Terminus Saint-Charles

It was overall clean, everyone was amiable and accommodating. The room with balconies. The location was excellent and incredible, right by old town.

I booked double room, it was cosy and complete with comfy bed, a splendid view plus tea.

Immaculately clean hotel, and the staff were pleasant and polite, location was stunning to major rail link. The breakfast was sensational with muesli and yogurt, for example, friendly service. I came here for 1 night and had a nice stay.

Well-appointed and tidy units with comfortable bed. Excellent location near the old port and easy access to a supermarket and shops. Plus, a couple of blocks away from Arab Quarter.

The staff was absolutely friendly, providing a friendly service. The food was good with variety of options.

Fantastic hotel, it has great views and stunning location very near from the Main Train Station. The employees are all exceptionally friendly and affable. The units are new-fashioned, spotless.

Came here for 1 night with my friend, had a very lovely stay. The room I had was brand-new and tidy with coffee, an AC, the balcony. The food I tried was great and they have lots of meals to choose from.

Had nice stay for two nights and the weather was warm. I was upgraded to modern twin room with balconies. As for me, the location was excellent and stunning, close to marina, Gare de Marseille - Saint-Charles, which made arriving and departing from Marseille an absolute breeze and trains and coaches. It also was near train stations.

The service offered was welcoming, the room was new-fashioned with a good view, an AC and balconies. Had a sensational breakfast with yogurt and muesli, for instance. The staff were pleasant and had a sense of humour.

This place was cheerful in general with an amiable and accommodating staff team. The food was tasty, the rooms were brand-new and good sized. The location in a vibrant area was excellent and incredible and there were supermarkets and shops nearby.

The double room I got was included with a big bed, a splendid view, tea. The location was magnificent and beautiful, close enough to the harbour as well as departing from Marseille an absolute breeze. There was pizzeria Boulangerie Marseillaise, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

It is a cheerful property located in Saint-Charles district close to Metro as well as vieux port & 5. The hotel boasts central location right in front of the train station. 500 metres are distance to a restaurant. Make sure to get double room with a nice balcony, good shower, for instance.

Reasonably clean and cheerful place and the breakfast was excellent. Tidy, brand-new unit with big bed, and decent staff. Perfect location next to a train station, easy to get around. Simple restaurants.

Its location within walking distance of a history museum was magnificent. Moreover, the area was very quiet.

The bed was too soft, that's sad thing.

the whole experience was just perfect from start to finish, would recommend. we only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was good. the location was best possible, relatively close to galerie ho. the room was cosy with comfortable bed with a comfortable bed. enjoyed their friendly service.

It was a VERY LOVELY stay for two nights. We appreciated rooms with balconies.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Our bed was comfortable. Staff, really helpful. We stayed in the standard king room, within short walking distance of Saint-Charles metro station, just 5 minutes on foot.

We would recommend to anyone. We loved it, especially its staff and people. Hotel had good beds...
